Bella Sintra Steak

2 Mondelli Alimentos high tenderloin steaks (200g each)
4 soup spooons of butter
300ml roti sauce
100ml muscatel wine
4 soup spoons of milk cream
150g of potatoes
Salt to taste
Parsley and butter to finish


1 – Put the butter into the frying pan and when is almost to fry, add the steaks and turn on both sides to seal.
2 – Add the muscatel wine, the roti sauce, the milk cream and season with salt to taste.
3 – Accompany it with straw potatoes or prepare the potatoes sauté: cooked the potatoes, cut into cubes and brown in oil.
4 – To finish, sprinkle with parsley and butter.
