Parmegiana on Italian bread

6 Mondelli Alimentos tenderloin steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices of italian bread

To bread:
2 cups of tea of flour
3 beaten eggs
2 cups of tea of bread flour

Other ingredients:
300g of slice mozzarella

3 soup spoons of olive oil
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 can of tomato shelled
A pinch of sugar
A pinch of oregano

For the sauce, brown the garlic with the olive oil, add the tomatoes, the sugar, the oregano, and cook for approximately 15 minutes in low heat, until the tomates dissolve. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Pass each one in the wheat flour, the pass them in the eggs and finally in the bread flour. Fry them in hot oil. Arrange each steak in one bread slice, cover with mozzarella and then put the sauce over it. Take to the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese melt. Serve.
