Jerked beef pie

1kg Mondelli Alimentos Jerked Beef
2 big onions
Olive oil to taste
8 garlic cloves
2 green tomatoes without seeds
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
10 chilean olives
600g pastry pie
24 quails cooked eggs
Oil to fry

Leave the jerked beef soaking from one day to the other. Dry the meat, cut it in cubes and boil it in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes or until is soft. Cut in strips and reserve.
Put a pan on the heat with a little olive oil, the chopped onion, the mash garlic and brown. Add the tomato sauce and mix well. Add the jerked beef and mix all. Finish with the parsley, pepper and the olives. Taste the salt and let it cool.

Open the pastry and cut it according to your preference. Stuff each unit with the meat and one quail egg and close. Fry in hot oil
