Stuffed Polpettone

300g Mondelli Alimentos eye round
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 coffee spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of chopped parsley
1 soup spoon of flour
50g of mozzarella in cubes

1- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, the garlic , the salt, the parsley, the flour and mix very well.
2- Shape the polpettones and stuff them with the mozzarella.
3- Fry them in hot oil, drain on towel paper to remove the oil excess and serve.
To accompany this recipe you can use fresh tomato sauce, vinaigrette sauce or rose sauce.

Tips: To obtain a lighter version, you can substitute the mozzarella for smoked ricotta.
